Hmmm... either I missed that, ignored it, or filtered it out.....

Here's one version:

http://cbs3.com/topstories/Henry.Lou...ectflash=false

Quoting from the article:

"It was a marked change in tone for Gates, who in the days following his
arrest gathered up his legal team and said he was contemplating a
lawsuit. He even vowed to make a documentary on his arrest to tie into a
larger project about racial profiling.

In an e-mail to the Boston Globe late Friday, he said: "It is time for
all of us to move on, and to assess what we can learn from this
experience."

The last sentence of the article still leaves the lawsuit issue up in
the air however, as Gates did not specifically address it.

Y-a-w-n. The incident has become the latest diversionary tactic of the
right, which has no ideas, no plans and no clue about resolving any of
the issues facing this country.

Whatever moral rules you have proposed, abide by them as they were laws,
and as if you would be guilty of impiety by violating any of them,
*unless* you are a conservative Republican office holder or minister. If
that is your position in life, then anything goes.

Yes Herr Krause. Diversionary indeed. So with your reasoning, Nixon's
downfall in the Watergate scandal was a sole diversionary tactic of
the left?

And your yawn and comments have absolutely nothing to do with the subject
being discussed.

Diversionary?

There are divergent views on that incident. The matter is closed. Time
to move on...to the real issues the Republicans like to avoid.

I've been watching your party's leaders since Obama took office. I
haven't seen or heard one realistic idea out of any of them to address
the issues this country is facing. Not one. In fact, last week, a
prominent Republican said his party simply wasn't going to bother.

So what is left for your and your party? Why...whining about Obama or
people who know Obama.

Perhaps you and your fellow righties take that seriously. In the long
run, no one else will.

Are you planning to rally around Sarah Palin now? You certainly step up
to the plate to defend her.

My "support" has only extended to unwarranted liberal media attacks on her
and her family.
I have no illusions that she is qualified to be POTUS. I've repeatedly
stated that Sarah Palin is a non-event.

You should spend more time fine tuning your reading comprehension skills
instead of flying off the fingers with responses.

steps quit in South Carolina.

Obama picked the wrong event to broach the subject. And Obama had the
stupidity to admit that he didn't have all the facts when he passed
summary judgment on the police.
