Actually only 24% of NC owned slaves. *How about reparations for my family.
My great grandfather walked with a limp from a Confederate bullet wound..
How many people alive now, were slaves in the South? *How much has it
impacted them? *My Great grandfather was Irish immigrant. *Seemed like they
had some discrimination also.

Is that the criteria? Because many, many slaves weren't EVER in
chains. So they wouldn't get any of the money?
