That's really amusing.

That is because his dad helped design the modern lawn mower blade, so
the mfg'er sell them to Harry at cost.

When the first blade came off the line, they invited Harry's dad to a
celebration where they gave his dad a 21 mower salute. It was a grand
time for all. Harry S Truman was retired, but he still came over to
personally thank Harry's dad for making the life easier for suburbanites
all over the US.
