Got to the Tahoe cabin of friends years ago first. Someone had turned off
the frig with lots of food in it. Wife spent a couple hours cleaning it,
before our friends showed up. Green and nasty!

You think that's bad? My sister got to her summer place and found that
the cleaning lady had turned off the heat and froze the plumbing. She
thought there was no reason to heat the place if nobody was there.
