I think it was a case of poor judgement on someones part.

Looks like good olde government feels expempt in saving money. Blowing
money out the door like no tomorrow. People aught to start to think that
maybe government has too much of our money and is too liberal at spending
it.

An intern on a PC could have cut and pasted a picture together without two
loads of fuel, wear and tear and what is more likely a PR stunt to take our
minds off of the huge waste of cash they are planing for corruption-auto.

No. Really? You mean, like, if Bush were in charge there would be some

And to think, this happened under Your President elect's watch. Does
that mean that he is to be blamed? The papers say that When he heard

"Furious?"

Why should he be upset, when his underlings were only wishing to put
his transport in a photo opportunity and to scare people while
wasting a healthy load of your tax money.

Your former president Bush caught hell for far less to the point that
it seemed fashionable to fault him for everything wrong in ones life.
Just ask Herr Krause.

But Herr Krause will justify this action somehow. Yea, because the

Well, the only problem I have with your statements is suggesting that
Obama was "elected".. 8 years of organized and well funded (our money)
went into promoting voter fraud. Ohio was won by ACORN, not Obama...

The most corrupt congress in history, holding hands with the most

No, we're talking about airplanes and New York. The recovery is
working, but has to do with capitalism, not Obama's socialism. Obama's
'fixes' are simply a ruse to get the government bigger and raise

"The estimated cost for all three aircraft was $328,835, Air Force
spokeswoman Vicki Stein said in an e-mailed response to inquiries.

That includes $300,658 for the VC-25, which flew a three- hour
mission, and about $28,178 for the F-16 jets, which flew 1.8 hours
each, Stein said.

The total includes fuel used in flight, fuel needed to power ground
equipment that helped prepare the aircraft, and ground maintenance,
Stein said. The flights were a training mission and “the hours would
have been flown regardless,” she said. "

I wonder how they calculate those figures.

But she said "the hours would have been flown regardless"

????

does that mean the plane[s] would have routinely flown on that day
anyhow?

???
