If you traveled instead of sat on your fat ass at the computer 24/7 you
would have known that is a town in the Cinqua Terre region of Italy. And
they pull the boats up on the shore with a winch at the top of the beach and
have like a Jacobs ladder with wooden rungs to slide the boats over.

It's too bad we don't spend on human intel a small percentage of what we
blow on armament.

Can you imagine how much easier our job would be in Afghanistan if we
spent a small fraction of our military budget building schools and
hospitals and finding means other than the poppy for citizens to make
a living?

This the front that we should be fighting in order to undermine bin
Laden and the Taliban. It doesn't help that America's most important
export is military equipment, armaments and parts.

Everything looks like a nail to our hammer.
