A good depression will fix that.

Look at the voting habits of the inner-city depressed. They continue
to vote for Democrats, even though they can't get their kids educated
beyond the ability to use a syringe.

What's important is they were well "organized" and flooded the ballot
boxes.

And don't forget those who couldn't care less about a presidents
qualifications or his base politics and agendas, as long as there
wasn't a Caucasian in the office.
