Speaking of being a "retardo", you fat low life slob, the link doesn't
tell what time the flag actually drops. I know you don't understand
racing, but when the flag drops is different than when the race begins.

I don't know exactly, but Fox isn't starting broadcasting until 3:30,
so that'll get you close. I'm watching the Nationwide race today, too!
Watched the trucks last night, and I'm here to tell you, watch Turn
#2. They are just rocketing off that turn, and there was a lot of
miscues because they didn't realize how fast they were coming out at
the apex.

Speaking of being a "retardo", you fat low life slob, the link
doesn't
tell what time the flag actually drops. I know you don't understand
racing, but when the flag drops is different than when the race
begins.

COUNTDOWN TO THE GREEN FLAG
Days - Hours - Minutes - Seconds
Would you care to wager that that isn't so??
Oh, and ask Harry. Here's a little secret. The time that Fox begins
broadcasting is the same time as that countdown. Do you honestly think
that Broadcast coverage will begin at the exact time that they drop
the flag???
===============================
My electronic guide shows FOX starting coverage at 2:00P EST.
gosh...you'd think the official daytona website would know at least as
much as Loogyretardo. I am not a fan, but I presume "Countdown to the
Green Flag" pretty much means what it says, and Loogy's brother,
JustHate, asked what time the flag dropped.
But, hey, I could be "misunderestimating" here. What does the phrase
Countdown to the Green Flag mean...?- Hide quoted text -

Could start at 3:30, they don't have lights there do they ??

Yep, lights

is it like that other bastion of commercialism, the Stupor Bowl? Do they
stop the race to work in commercials? * :)- Hide quoted text -

Sorry, I don't follow commercial advertising venues punctuated by
"sporting events," like pro football or redneck racing.

Just watched a weather report on TV, prediction of rain for Daytona
Beach. Do the good old boys race in the rain?

Oh, you know how it is, if Harry doesn't follow it, it's not worth
watching. Just ask him.

Ooogie Loogie only has two choices: threaten to punch you in the nose or
bet you money he doesn't have.

Why would I want to wager? I never said I wanted to wager. I just quoted
what I've read. Other than that I have no idea what time the race starts.
But I know that Fox starts their coverage at 2:00P.

BTW, what time do you say the race starts, your the big fan.

There is no exact official time that the race starts. Why? Well, lot's
of reasons. Sometimes a car stalls during the pace lap(s), sometimes
they need extra pace laps to get the cars up to temp. in cold weather,
sometimes they need to dry the track before the start, and on and on.

The race started at 3:42, which certainly blew your's and Harry's
Countdown to Green bull**** out of the water, just as I told you it
would.
