Eisboch It is very unlikely he gets the same pay and benefits as a union electrician. And on the possibility he does, why does he think he gets the same pay and benefits? I don't understand the question. The guy says he earns more money with benefits than a union electrician doing the same job because he doesn't have to pay union dues. I don't find that unusual. I know you do. In virtually every market ENR surveys, union rates are higher than non-union rates, and the benefits are better, too. You should stop reading surveys and polls and start paying attention to real world data. Your sources are obviously biased. Eisboch Right. I should take the word of some unknown yokel over the time honored and accepted salary and cost reports of engineering news-record. I take the word of numerous tradespeople I've met over the years, including employees of my company. Your spin is bullschitt, whatever that means. Eisboch |
