Default "Racing with Renee" team progress

Just wanted to update you quickly to let you know that our team,
"Racing with Renee" is coming along quite nicely!!! We are currently
in second place in team size, out of 55 teams in the city, with 31
registered members. We held the top spot until today, and have been
surpassed by "ZOOM in on a Cure", who now has 38 members. Recruitment
is really just getting started, so I'm confident we will grow
steadily. :0) Can't wait to have you on the team!!!

Also, we are now in fourth place in the city for fundraising!!! This
is huge!! We have raised $1,600 thus far, and we are only $20 behind
third place, and $70 behind second!!!! Once again, "Zoom in on a
Cure" holds the top spot, and they appear to be untouchable at this
point (unless any of you know a millionaire who's looking to unload
some cash….doubtful, in this economy, but possible nonetheless!!!!).

Don't forget, the Race is on Saturday, May 9th . You can donate or
register at:

http://komenrichmond.org/goto/ReneeWinckler

By the way, if you are interested in following our progress, you can
go to this link, and click on Race for the Cure in the fuchsia bar on
the top toward the left. Once you've clicked there, scroll down
toward the bottom. You'll find the top 10 fundraisers. If you want
to check out team sizes, click on "Find a team to Support". It takes
you to the next screen, and you'll find "team list page". Click that,
and all the teams will pop up. I will say that the first two years,
we remained right on top for both, membership and fundraising. We
slipped off a little last year, but not by much. Our team has a
consistently great showing each year in both areas, and you all make
me so proud!!! What unbelievable people you all are, that you just
keep coming back, supporting me and so many others, year after year!!!
"Thank you" just doesn't seem adequate!!! I just can't say it enough!

I look forward to seeing your name on the roster!!!!!

Love to all,

Renee

Can't. I just had to spend the bucks on a new 'puter!

Besides, the lawyers would come out of the woodwork and tell me I had
to be 'retroactive'!
