Funny about Zillow. My house is one of the bigger in the neighborhood,
and is listed at less than the 500 sq ft smaller home across the street.
And the same basic house 5 down the street just sold for $789k and mine
has both an extra 450' family room and a pool.


Zillow has been well established for being way off on their estimated
values.

Apparently sometimes they are close, but often they are way, way off.
