I don't. I agree with Tom that it looked something like a lifeboat or
something except it seemed to have a very flat and rounded hull bottom,
something you wouldn't expect on a boat designed for stiff seas.

Maybe it was an abandoned, homemade project?

Looked very much like some of the older lifeboats and a lot have very
rounded bottoms. Maybe they are more self righting?
