Default Mildew on the boat

My family complains the sailboat interior smells of mold although all
I smell is diesel. So, I have embarked on a program to minimize any
mold problem. I fixed a leaking bolt that held the traveller track
down. Took off all cushions and am trying to sorta clean em.
Unfortunately, they are very old and I really cannot get them unzipped
without ruining them so truly cleaning them is out of the question. I
did spray them with Lysol and am allowing them to dry. I wiped most
of the boat interior with clorox. Part of the boat interior has a
kind of crapet (I meant carpet but crapet is more in line with what I
think of this type of covering) that I intend to soak with Lysol and
then clean with wet shop vac. I put in three Damp-Rid containers
too. Any other ideas?
