Just to clarify, Clinton gave no bid contracts to Halliburton to
CONTINUE work in the Balkans. It didn't make sense to hire another
firm when they were already there. BUT, the fact remains, 98% of
Halliburton's political contributions goes to Republicans, Dick Cheney
benefits directly from Halliburton, and there are billions of dollars
