May the sprit....
....of Christmas touch you all as it did our family today, and
throughout this holiday season... To all of our friends here, God bless you all and may the spirit stay with you all throughout the new year. My wife has always said "I believe in Santa", and I know she does. She also wanted me to thank those who contacted her by phone and e-mail during the recent trials for their support. She wanted me to explain that she is "not really a people person", but the strength and support you provided helped her through those tough days, and will be with us for a long time... She was in tears when she asked me to pass that along. The Mouse just flashed up a peace sign to all of you, that's her way of saying "you are cool kids", thanks again for all your support.. We as a family are truly blessed, I pray you all are too... I guess I could say Merry Christmas, Solstice, Channucha, Kwanzaa, but it's really all the same. Many years ago I asked my dad (a Mormon priest) what he thought of astrology, fully expecting he would dismiss it. To my surprise he said to me, "I believe there is something to the math there, I know a lot of people turn to it for strength. I my self choose to cling to the Iron staff of the Lord, everyone needs to draw their strength somewhere and if it helps them through life, it's good". "Live your life as you see fit, but be true to it whatever it is". " follow the truth of your heart and you will be judged a good man". Merry Christmas to all of you. May the Lord bless you as he has us. The Ingersolls. Scott, Terri, Jessica, Robert, and the rest of the crew.. |

Last night I was driving The Mouse and one of her girlfriends to the Mall for some last minute shopping. The girl told The Mouse that Terri and I and Jessi are pretty much the only ones they allow to take their kid places and spend time with away from home.. Then The Mouse told her, "Well that's cause my parents are cool kids, you probably never met anyone who got along better with theirs". Her friend agreed... Life is good, later, more to follow... |

I think the concept of Yeshua appearing and being among the Native Americans thousands of years ago is no more bizarre than the one adopted and held to by mainstream Christians. Joseph Smith shows up in the late part of the last century, as a Prophet.....but we all know he is a FALSE prophet. Nothing more. Anyone thinking likewise is a Lemming. A local music store changed hands recently. The old owner was a Mormon..... guess he had to sell the store to keep up with his Tithes....huh? ****ers come to my door, and dont even want to tell me their REAL names..... wtf? I had to threaten to throw the 2 out if they did not reveal their names......they did. I detest calling anyone " Elder " when I refer to them. Puts them on some kind of pedestal. Thats not right......... When people talk to me, they get nervous, because I like to look someone in the eyes when I'm talking to them. If you cant do that, your not worth talking to. Ever study your ancesters? A great relative of mine helped carry Brocks body off the field at the Battle of Queenston Heights. He was also a member of Butlers Rangers. But if I remember correctly wasn't the Battle of Queenston Heights part of Canadian, and not *US History? I believe he's trying to make the point that most Americans are pretty stupid because we don't know the facts of 'Canadian' history.
