Emails are free. I'd get the details just to see what the hell he's talking
about. Sounds to me like some guys goofing around trying to get some
responses. Next they'll be asking for nude pictures.

Well, I'm thinking this guy is really in the 'Nigerian' Army. I've never
heard a US Army officer refer to himself as, John Doe, Military Officer of
the USA. Maybe John Doe, Captain, US Army.

Hell, if he's Nigerian a picture may get him to stop his crap! Maybe the
word would spread.

Could be some Nigerian scammer whose starting small. Maybe he thinks if he
sets a resonable amount, $20 instead of $20 million, he'll be more
believable.
Or maybe he's just a dumbass that failed out of the Lagos Community
Collage's "Intenet Scammer 101" course.

You hit the nail on the head. It is someone who has decided to "lower
his price to get more buyers". It's a simple marketing concept of a
product reaching a mature phase in it's life cycle, and you lower to
price to reach more end users. ;)
