ICOM use to have an excellent SSB guide on their web site, but I can
no longer find it. I was however able to find a copy he

If you look at Chapter 16, it gives an overview of channels. However,
this site is missing the original appendix which listed channels and
frequencies. I have attached that .pdf file here.
