Default SmartCraft to NMEA2000 bridge?

SmartCraft is unfortunately a non-compatible "copy" of NMEA2000.
I have it on two Mercruiser 4.3L MPI motors.
Is there any bridge (electronic) to NMEA2000? I'd love to have the
machine data available in NMEA2000, especially rpm, oil pressure, water
temperature, charging voltage etc. so a bridge would be most welcome.

TIA

Marc
