I have a Motorola, V235, cell phone on my boat connected to an
amplifier and external antenna. It works but the adapter plug that connects to the phone is annoying. Any jarring or slight twisting and the connector pops out. I am in a remote area so it is hard to check out phones. There are plenty of sites on the net that sell phone adapters for various phones. My provider, Cellular One GSM, sells a limited selection of phones and are not much help. Does anyone have experience with other phones and reliable external antenna plugs? |
