While you PhdEE's are on a roll, a little question......

A 6" wide, 1" thick solid copper strap 20 ft long connects an antenna tuner
at the base of a 58' 3" insulated backstay on deck to a 30' long, 6" wide
grounding block under the keel of a boat.

What ground impedance does the tuner see on the 12 Mhz band?
