Does anyone besides Raymarine make a cellular-capable VHF radio?

I have a perfectly good Nokia 3-Watt 'Bag' phone, but it gets in the way
sometimes. I like the modularity of the Raymarine option, but $1500.00 is
way, way too much for me. It looks as though they are the only game in town,
however.
