Can anyone point me to someone that sells cables for a 1990 Raytheon
R10 radar?
Or perhaps someone might know were a schematic might be posted so I
can make a cable.

JRC was the OEM for that radar. It might still be available special order
from them. My experiences are that most R10/X/XX etc., is available from
Japan at a price. I can give you the US phone number if that will help.
