![]() "Capt. Hank "At Last"" wrote in message ... | I have encountered a "Goat Rodeo" trying to interface the Nauticast-B | along with the Actisense NDC-4 to the Raymarine E120. | | Things work on my laptop, wired direct thru the serial port. On the | E120, nothing... seems it's not getting VDM and VDO nmea sentences. | The baud rate is set at 38400 on E120. | | Anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong? | | Thanks in advance... | | Capt. Hank The wrong multiplexer. There are multiplexers especially suited for this kind of application, that can handle the signal level of the Nauticast B at 38400. Google NMEA multiplexer AIS. WBH |
