BUYER BEWARE!
I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I bought from them 8-10 years ago and decided not to buy from them
again. My dealings with Dr. Diesel were horrible. He was arrogant,
condescending, rude and had me on the defensive from the get go.

Recently I thought I would give them another try and I was once again
talking with Dr. Diesel. It was dejavu. He even used some of the same
lines again.

I wrote a letter of complaint to the company president, Jay Foley, and
received a response that reeked strongly of diesel and was signed by
the Foley Engine Team. The response was essentially a defense of Dr.
Diesel and his "encyclopaedic knowlege" and that he was an "acquired
taste". The only apology I received was that they were sorry I felt
this way. I found out in a recent post that Dr. Diesel and Jay Foley
are one and the same person.

I can not believe that a company can stay in business with the type of
customer service that Dr. Diesel provides.
