Default New class of vessels for the Coast Guard to include in COLREGS

I wonder what group of vessels the Coast Guard can put snowmobiles?

Perhaps a new group called TIW for "Track In Water?" Similar to WIG which
is Wing In Ground.

Or HUR for "Head Up Rectum" which is Wilbur's speciality.

A fool who knows his foolishness is wise
at least to that extent, but a fool who
thinks himself wise is a fool indeed.

There is a group of snowmobile owners who like to race on water.
Dunkings are frequent and quickly dealt with. The lake is shallow, and
a bouyant cushion and a length of line make finding it easy. As long
as they weren't running when immersed, they start right up.

Boating magazine reported all this, several years ago. They did a
comparison with a PWC with the identical engine, and the snow machine
was faster.
