Me and my friend are begginer, and looking for the basic cruising course.

Ton meilleur allié pour une formation c'est le groupe des ECP. Ce sont des
bénévoles qui se donnent à 100%.

Mais, je crois que tu t'y prend tard. Par ici, les cours sont débuté depuis
un bon mois.
