I was shocked to find that Admiralty Law is applied to the land courts as well as the sea. http://www.apfn.org/apfn/flag.htm Oh, Gawd, there are so many logical fallacies in that page that it should be a Logics 101 assignment. I think I could keep a course going for several weeks on that one, alone. By applying that jurisdiction we are all under military tribunal powers. It's all a big coporate-government takeover! Do you really trust the politicians, who produce nothing but hot air, and are not affected adversely by anything they do, over corporations who are required to have enough efficiency to make a profit? Personally, I trust enlightened self-interest over "altruism". At least that's being honest. And it's nice to see Ron Paul's supporters harking back to his Libertarian days. A local radio talk-show host I admire was his running mate about 20 years ago. -- Jere Lull Tanzer 28 #4 out of Tolchester, MD Xan's pages: http://web.mac.com/jerelull/iWeb/Xan/ Our BVI trips & tips: http://homepage.mac.com/jerelull/BVI/ |
