My choices for summer cruise (one or more months) in an Eastbay 43
a (1) Long Island Sound, both N and S coastlines; (2) Chesapeake
Bay, Portsmouth to just N of Annapolis, both E and W shores; or (3)
west coast of Florida, from Key West to Tarpon Springs.

Recommendations?

Does your boat have A/C?
#3 might be a tad hot during the summer.
Of ocurse #1 and #2 aren't far behind...................

Have you thought about the Hudson River? From NYC to Troy is very
enjoyable. Then there are the locks, if you really want to extend your
trip (slow through the locks!)The river has a lot to see, some nice
beach areas, fairly easy water to navigate, etc........ Bonus......you
can't get lost too easy. it's either north or south!

I take it the Eastbay 43 is a motorboat. The Hudson would be a really
scenic possibility. Air conditioning would be desirable there also. We
have had some really steamy 4th of July weekends up that way.
