Inland US waters, that is inside the boundry line not forbidden, just defined. Outside the boundry.... that is INternatinal waters......... not forbidden, just defined. Gordon It is specified for air cushion vehicles (because they don't go where they point) and for use between close quarters fishing vessels, such as pair trawlers.
