Anyone know Cox sailboats?

I am interested in learning about Cox sailboats. A friend is
considering buying a Cox 32, and has asked me to find out about the
company's and the boat's reputation. The only reference I have found
is a Cox 52 for sale. Lovely Bruce Rogers design built of steel, but
a bit beyond my means (and his as well).
