Tomorrow we are going to Bohemia River. Any recommendations there?

As far as I know, there's still nothing on the Bo. They've been talking
about building one for decades.

I'm out of date with any of the restaurants on the Sass, as I the Kitty
Knight House seemed empty and for sale when we went past last week --we
got married there 2-3 owners back-- and it's been so long since we were
in the place across the river that I forget the name of it.

A few other-marina sources say that the new chef at Tolchester is
pretty good. I enjoyed the one meal I had there. (We usually leave the
dock a half hour after hitting the parking lot.)

As I think about it, we eat out so often, we'd would be poor restaurant
guides. ("Out" on the hook, of course. ;-)

About the only place we've eaten this season is Woodies in North East,
which we recommend. The "waterman specials" I had were fantastic and
the crabs were some of the best we've had in years.

We ended up at the Granary restaurant on the Sass. Very good, and
dockage is a reasonable $1.25/ft with Boat US membership.

Oh GOSH, how could I forget such a name! They've had an admirable
reputation for years through multiple ownerships. Our wedding-day
breakfast was there, and I have no reason to expect less than fantastic
offerings from them since.

My abject apologies for not remembering the Granary's name.

No problem, several local folks in Chesapeake City recommended it. We
ended up staying a second day and taking the dinghy all the way east
to the end of the river - very scenic.
