Default Power Commander on a Twin Disc Transmission

I wondered if anybody knew anybody close to Baltimore who knew how to set
this throttle / drive configuration?

The Cummins diesels were running OK but different RPM on the three idle
levels. I had this adjusted. Eventually, I noticed the throttle cable was
damaged on the port side and I had it replaced. Differential in the RPM
reversed and I think I just need an adjustment / calibration. I'd appreciate
any references for somebody that can do this for me.
