So what type of boat are they in?

I am reading "Seasoned by Salt" by Jerry Mashaw and Anne MacClintock.
About their one-year trip to the Carib. and back to CT. So far it's a
good read, but I'm 3 chapters into it and they haven't said what type
of sailboat they are in! Other than it's a 38-footer. Please, anybody
know?
