Check out http://www.raysat.com/ . Their product will track satellites
while on the move. Don't know the price, but I am considering it for my catamaran. I understand that they have an Internet capable dish in development. "Len" wrote in message ups.com... We live on board our sloop and we're leaving for an unknown period (grin). We would like to have sat-tv on board for one or maybe two hours a week watching. We feel no real urge to buy this KVH Trackvision dish mushroom for many thousands. Anyone here with end-user experience with a system that manages to keep a reasonable connection at anchor but which is a bit cheaper? Thanks and fair winds, Len. |
