The Shell/BP/ExxonMobil contracts are in the works as we speak
(http://news.independent.co.uk/world/...le2132569.ece), and
it's unlikely that the bill will not pass through the Iraqi government more
or less intact. The price projection is based upon historic chart data
(http://www.wtrg.com/oil_graphs/oilprice1947.gif).
