TennTom Bigby Waterway: Houseboat Rental Availability?
Hello Everyone,
As a domestic alternative to a south of France canal barge trip, I was pondering the feasibility of renting of a houseboat for a week of travel on the Ten-Tom Bigby Waterway. Does anyone know if this is a reasonable idea? Are there houseboats available? Best time of year to avoid bad (too hot, too cold, too stormy) weather and bugs? What services are available, and is it scenic? Larry Radcliffe El Cerrito, CA (Catalina 27 on San Francisco Bay) |
