Default Online Crusing Guide

I have been reading this group for a while for current information
since we travel the Florida ICW most of the year. A friend of mine
emailed me a link to an electronic cruising guide, it looks like they
are just getting started. I like the idea of the current info and the
way I can fly my route with Google Earth, so I thought I would let the
group know... myboatersguide dot com

My wife just pointed out that I goofed up the address, sorry about
that, the address is http://www.myboatersguide.com, we like the site
since it's free and you can fly along course. What a great way to waste
the day.... I think google earth is great for us boaters!

I agree, that GoogleEarth is a great tool. If you are looking for a
similar plattform with GoogleEarth-support - but not commerical - take
a look on http://skipperguide.com.

In fact, I prefer my contributions are open source. I don't like the
idea to help others to make money with them.

Peterm
