USCG Captains liscense....whats involved
Having just obtained a 50 ton Masters of the Great Lakes, I can tell you
that the schools tell you how to pass the test, but don't teach much about being a captain. When you take the test you're advised to get off your boat and get into the book, especially about Rules of the Road. |
