mount vertical propane tanks horizontally??
Looked at a boat last weekend for possible purchase and noticed the owner
had mounted two vertical style propane tanks in a deck box. These were mounted horizontally though. Does this work OK? Wouldn't you get liquid running past the regulator? |

(NOT a DIY job) If they are typical BBQ type tanks, vertical only. Lew |

Lew Thanks Lew I didn't think of the fork truck tanks. These were aluminum tanks and looked like 20 pounders. I kind of doubt they are fork truck tanks but maybe its possible? I guess a follow-up question would be: Is a surveyor likely to require these to be changed? I assume so and this would entail some expense. |
