Uline Ice maker

Anyone know where I can get either a new (used) U-line icemaker or get mine
repaired? I fired it up after the winter and it makes all kind of running
noises, but does not get cold.

It is a U-line SS45A in a '86 SeaRay 340 sundancer.

I can't seem to find any information about this model on the internet.
