Hi,
What causes fiberglass to age...might be the wrong choice of words.... We were looking at a 1960's Cheoy Lee 30 footer and saw lines in the hull...some were inline with internal frames and some more radial. Is this a sign of a boat that needs to be "put to rest" or a simple repair? We are guessing the boat is polyester base. It has been stored under a shed for 20 years on blocks. The port side has been exposed to some sunlight daily with areas where paint is thin. thanks |
