Jim...I may start a 5-8 month contract position at a
govt contractor located at the space center...not far from the clearlake area...i would look to get a ericson 32, 35 or 38 (1985-1990) to live on while working...Then move it once the contract is compleated ... |

NASA is almost at the water's edge on the North side of Clear Lake.

It's a good time to come to this area. (I worked for NASA for 11 years.) As a suggestion, you might want to contact some of the sailboat charter companies (such as Sackets) to check out their boats that are for sale, or to charter one or two. There are lots of boats for sale and lots of people trying to sell them. - I would begin by checking "yachtworld.com" for their Houston-Kemah area listings. Jim |
