From the Seaclear site.

"SeaClear II can use most BSB/KAP version 1 - 3 and GEO/NOS commercial
charts"

This means no Support for Canada. NDI charts are BSB 4. Free NOAA ENC (S57)
are not supported.

Commercial programs have more features such as Chart quilting, intigrated
tides and currents, photo display to name a few. That said, you cannot beat
the price.
