hmmm, that long slot for the rode to slide allowing easy recovery is a
weak point. I have a friend who used a danforth style with such a
slot. Waves and tide caused his boat togo over the anchor so that the
rode slid down said slot and pulled the anchor out. Maybe this would
reset under such circumstance, but dont count on it.
