Default Opinions or experience with Triumph boats (or Roplene material)

I am in the market for a small runabout or fishing boat and am *almost* sold
on a Whaler. I looked at a boat today called a Triumph. It is made by
Genmar and is constructed out of polyethylene (trade name Roplene).
Although it does not look as nice as fiberglass (it has sort of a matte
finish) it seems very durable and appears to be a good material for boat
construction. Anyone familiar with it or with Triumph boats in general?

The website of the parent company is http://www.genmar.com

The site of the brand is http://www.triumphboats.com

Thanks in advance -

Ed
