Default Rubberised nonskid paint...where to find?

I have seen, but now lost the website for such paint.
I'm sure I learned of it on this newsgroup, so perhaps some one can direct
me there again.

What do you mean by "rubberized"? Are you talking about
that which has little pulverized nugets as the texturing agent?

Yes, I think that was how this paint was described.
