What are the Batelco phone card rates / minute for calls to the US?

http://www.btcbahamas.com/main_flash.html Will take you to the BaTelCo
site but they don't list per min. costs.
Last summer the the plastic swipe cards were $1/ min. to the U.S.
I have gotten much better rates with the paper cards that require you to
put in an account code and that work on any phone, like 27 min. on a ten
dollar card in the Berry islands and the Exumas.
However, the last paper card I bought on Bimini while waiting for
Hurricane Francis to pass by cost me a dollar a minuite.
I don't know if those cards cost depends on where you use them or what.
