Default Carver 396 vs Cruisers 3750

I am looking to purchase a 2 or 3 year old aft cabin and I am down to the
Carver 396 and Cruisers 3750. For both the price is within my budget. I
can not go any higher. I have been to several new boat shows and have been
aboard both several times including many used ones. As far as I can tell
they both appear to fit my needs. It will be used for cruising on the
Chesapeake Bay. I understand that the Cruiser has a cored bottom and the
Carver does not so I am leaning toward the Carver because of this and I
don't like the bath tub in the master cabin. It takes away too much room
there. Did research on the net and read many articles about both. They again
appear to be equal. I would like to hear pros and cons from those who have
purchased one or the other.

Thanks
