Default Miller Sailboats

Anyone ever heard of Millers? Any good?
Google doesn't have any info.

Another question:
A lot of older boats I've looked at in the last few weeks have
what I can only describe as "acne"....irregular 1/4 inch grey
spots. Anyone know what these are?
Thanks,
Norm B
