My guess is that some marinas that can accommodate a 122' yacht may approach
paradise. I gotta think that some of those folks have more money than
brains, and they want to spend it at some place other than "ye olde bait
shoppe."

I wouldn't know... my 23 footer only parks at places that are lucky to have
a bait shop. g
